Ok here's a topic that by no means has a derogatory point of view or thought to any one nation or the women that live there. I quickie about myself, I did do a K-1 Visa with another woman about 4 yrs ago. Never had a problem with waiting always felt sorry for the people and horror stories of waiting to be with someone, visa was issued in 4 months of application, after 3 visits in a year and a half and plane tickets bought.....Visa in passort... 7 hrs before we were to leave her country so broke down and couldn't leave. Don't know the whole truth behind it but left her in her country as if it was meant to be then it would be. I will say after 3 yrs she did hand write a apologie letter but it was more open about why she couldn't leave and more to apologize to my mother. So after that I guess I let that chapter in my life close. After that I swore I would stick to US made women only and I did met someone that I fell very much in love with. But the topic of another baby was always on her mind, she's now 32 I'm 38. She already has two kids 4 and 7 boy and a girl but different fathers for both and neither are in there life and one pays $300 support uncourt order. I have a son who is 13, well that's a big enough family for me and my son does live with me full time and I receive no support from his mother at all, hell were lucky to get a phone call or her take him for a weekend, she may come around every 2-3 months if that. Soooo.... Like everyone on the Internet I'm on a few social sites like the rest of the world, well as it comes I've met another foreign woman that I click with very much and like like alot!!!!. The first girl was Russian this woman is from the Philippines. Now they are definite different types of women being one Caucasian and one Asian. I'm not a prejudice person by any means, and through the years looks were always a first but as you get older and wiser looks are nice but they fade and it's what's inside that counts and the person they are. And I have to say I'm very attracted to her she is 34 and has one son 11 yrs old. Family owns a small store not a poor family or a woman looking for a K-1, to tell the truth don't really think she would move to the US permanent. She speaks good English to have conversation with and reads and writes very well. Yes she's looking for someone but after a month or two of IM's, emails, a phone conversation and bless free Skype (wish that was around 3 yrs ago) and some short discussion about maybe I visit her or she visits me, since the Philippines have a bit more open boarder and visa's to the US. Well........ the hot topic of I want a BABY is on her mind and not letting it GO. HELL hoping for TWIN Daughters to boot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She wants!!!! Now I know I know walk away now!!!!!!!!!!!! Hell get on a rocket to the moon. Now my question is even if I ever thought about being or trying the K-1 Visa thing again. What would happen if a woman from another country got pregnant and choose to stay in her country or have the baby and move here to the US and go to court for child support. What would a man be liable for??? And yes I know I know cover and wrap it up but that's not 100%. I'm not saying Philippine woman are doing this or any nationality, it goes on here in the US all the time and I almost got caught up in it for 18 yrs with my US girlfriend. Just wondering if anyone knows the rights or is this something that some women from other countries try???? And I'm more than open for your an ####### blah blah, but I speak the truth and look at the whole road to the right, left and behind. Not a one way road of love, it's a crazy and changing world everyday.

Having a child with a USC doesn't automatically qualify a foreign woman to be able to immigrate to the U.S.. I'd recommend you read up as much as you can about the immigration process so you'll know what you are legally liable for. If you were to decide to petition this woman and bring her over here, you are financially responsible for her, including any children included in the immigration process (her 11 yr. old son should she bring him over with her).

Would it have killed you to break up your drivel into paragraphs?

lol

if its your child of course u would be liable for it. is that what ur asking?

why would she want a baby by someone who she dont want to move to his country? are u sure there isnt more to just her wanting a baby? really im not understanding why someone would want to just a have baby (twin girls) just to have a baby.

i know u said she doesnt want to come here, are u planning on moving there to be with her?

are u sure she is not trying to get citizenship through having a baby. i once talked to some guy from oman and his pinay girlfriend wanted him to get her pregnant so she could get omani citizenship thru the baby. he got away from her as quick as possible.
