So guys. After waiting 4 days for a tier 2 officer to give me a call back, I finally got on the phone to a lovely lady. When she looked at my AP application she was like oh, were currently processing cases as of September so let me put in a service request for you. Finally managed to get my service request for AP. Now it's just a waiting game to see what they say. Wish me luck guys.
