Can I asks somebody if there is Filipinos lives here in Michigan, where do you go to send Balikbayan Box in the Philippines...Christmas is approaching and I wanna send something for my family and relatives in my province...If you know what is reliable Balikbayan box courier, kindly give me any suggestions..Thank you and have a nice day!!! I do not live in Michigan, but I live in Iowa. I get the boxes from JoJo's Oriental Foods. They use Alpha Cargo. What I am not sure of is if Alpha Cargo picks them up in Cedar Rapids or if someone takes them to a supplier or distributor in Chicago and then ships to Alpha Cargo. When I was in San Fransisco, Ca at the airport I notices some Filipinos with Alpha Cargo boxes, so Alpha Cargo is probably in any large city in America that exports to Asia or boxes are collected and sent to Alpha Cargo in California. I see from the website Alpha Cargo must ship from California. If there are oriental foods restaurants in your area you could ask them if they sent boxes to the Philippines. I will ask how that is done at JoJo's.

Here is a place in Warren that ships the boxes http://www.orientstar-us.com/main.html

All you have to do is get a box and fill it and take it to one of the warehouses.

Michigan is a large place so it you live in a more remote area you may have a distance to take you box.
