Do you have qualifying assets or prior income ? Maybe review the I-864 guidelines, work up a future financial plan to meet the requirements for the I-864, then work your plan.

You can make paypal 'donate' buttons and put them elsewhere on the internets, without creating a full-bore website.

FWIW , I'd seriously be concerned over the I-864 requirements to prove up financials.

My solid advice would be to come back here, work, and save up the money to sponsor him. You're not getting anywhere fast there right? Being in the US is what you ultimately want. He has two kids, you're going to need to save up money... a lot of money. Not just for the process, but to move everyone back here, to get a place. I mean getting the paperwork is just the tip of the iceberg really.

No one wants to separate from their loved ones for any amount of time, but sometimes you need to sacrifice things to get what you really want. We have all been there, we have all done that.

You will find little sympathy on this site for your situation. We have all had to deal with immigration the proper way.

Yep, unfortunately that is the truth.

I wrote earlier "$5000 just for the visa paperwork".. This pretty much was meaning travel costs and paperwork upon leaving Germany.

Well, I think it would probably work if you can get the word out.

Of course you will have to give something in return - like the boobie site, they give pictures so at the very least you are going to have to write your story - of possible separation from your Husband and children so that you can venture out and start your new life living the American dream - that is going to touch people's hearts

No website is successful without traffic, so you are probably going to have to AT LEAST also tell your story to your local newspaper and hope it gets picked up.
