NBI clearance is valid for 12 months.

How long is a CENOMAR valid for. Does it matter if it is over 6 months old?

Thanks.

Take your pick. I've seen 6 months and 1 year!!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Just wondering if the CENOMAR(Certificate of NO Marriage)From NSO has an expiration date?

Does the US Embassy required a specific months before you're interviwe date when you get your CENOMAR?

I wanna get mine thought My NOA2 didnt arrive yet.IS it ok?

my fiance called the USEM and asked about the CENOMAR expiration and they said it should not be more than a year...

I find it interesting that we are getting a wide range of responses. Clearly defined by USCIS is the NBI clearance of 12 months of validity. But no such clear guideline for the Cenomar.

I think we can safely assume that 12 months old Cenomar is the limit of validity, but over 6 months is where I get concerned that it may not be accepted at the USEM on interview day.

I suggest to have a recent Cenomar.

And recent in my jargon is less than 3 months.
