Hi!

My fiance sent me scanned copies of his signed I-134, W2, COE as well as his ITR and my interview went smoothly.

Goodluck!

That's not the "normal" for the I-134. ITRs and W2s can be faxed or scanned tho.

The embassy interview is a subjective evaluation. Depending if the CO is in a good or bad mood may effect getting approved or not. Best to go with all original documents. Especially the I-134, which the petitioner is signing under penalty of perjury. THatz why it doesnt need to be notarized BTW. Cheers.

EDIT: If the petitioner already signed it, I wonder if OP can fill in a line where the info is blank. If its the truth, then?

Yes, follow the example form with: N/A (K1 Visa process for permanent residence).

I thought about the same idea as itzallgood by having the OP write in the blank. Another question is how many I-134s have been filled out by the beneficiary and then signed by the petitoner?
