are you in the states right now? im from cdo and we had a problem buying domestic flights mnl-cdo last yr because they wont take international CC... i called cebu pacific they said its best to have a family from cdo that would buy us the tix and just scan it online for us... and or you can be a chance passenger and buy the ticket at the airport... we did that once too and we got lucky... good luck!!!

I have purchased tickets inside Manila airports, I have paid cash and credit card. Never had an Issue.

Hi Yes I am in the USA now..I will be leaving in October..My Girl friend is in Bukidnon.maybe she can buy it for me and have it scaned..sounds like a good Idea..thanks .

PAL ticket office opens at 2am at NAIA Centennial Terminal 2. Prices definitely go up as availability goes down.

PAL website will accept international Visa card (including debit); must be registered with Verified by Visa....

No success booking Cebu Pacific online with card issued outside Philippines. Attempts via email and phone failed as well due to this.

I have Flown there before and am going back to CDO in December. You best bet is to send your Fiancée the money for air fair and have her buy the tickets.
