Hi everyone,I hoped to get some responses to my last question but noone replied me,so I'm asking again and hope to have a reply.I'm just wondering if my fiancee has to fill the I-134 form and send it to me,or send it to NVC,and I will get get with packet 3 from the embassy..Thank you..

HE WILL HAVE TO SEND A FILLED OUT FORM I-134 TO YOU, YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR IT AT THE INTERVIEW.

I don't know if this is right.. but from what I understand.. Casablanca might or might not ask for it. I have heard that some people have submitted with their K1 Petition, personally I am just going to mail it to my fiance for him to take to the interview... hope others will answer and can help too!

Your fiancee, being the USC, fills the I-134 and sends it to you along with supporting evidence such as most recent tax returns, W-2, employment letter and/or most recent payment stubs. You will need it at the interview.

March 25, 2010 - Advance Parole approved..received on April 1 in the mail

March 29, 2010 - I-485 notice date, received on April 4, 2010

May 3, 2010 - EAD approved

May 5, 2010 - Date interview....approved
