I know a person who filed for 3 different people and his cases were all approved before mine... mine took 8 months and that is only because I invloved a senator and a congressman.

I am just saying it not fair.... maybe the USCIS is at fault

I find that hard to believe since IMBRA, which specifically addressed what you are talking about. The USCIS has implemented a process to try an filter out those relationships which are not bonafide. Without looking up the rules - I believe that if someone petitions someone under a K Visa, there is a certain amount of time and lifetime limit on how many times they do so. You should look up IMBRA or look up USCIS's rules on K Visas...it might give you some peace of mind. They may never be able to screen out all people who aren't in a bonafide relationship, but I think they do a pretty good job.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

In those situations, it's possible there are illegal activity going on. Hire someone to marry your spouse for 20k dollars, etc...Then when the spouse gets here, a divorce would happen. Afterwards, the real husband take control.

Well, it's not legal nor is tolerated by anyone involved with immigration. The guy is probably a braggard or a compulsive liar because saying he's doing this on a site that is regularly monitored by immigration is about as stupid as you can get.
