Hi all , I had a ref i recieved on Monday , i responded tuesday and they recieved it in NBC wednesday , and sent me an email on Thursday that the case processing resumed for my AOS

, Will they also resume working on my EAD , because all the cases that were filled same time were approved begining from sep 24th until yesterday ,

when do you think they will approve my EAD , since it was on hold because of the ref on AOS

Any RFE on the AOS case usually doesn't affect the EAD and AP, unless it is something biometric related or another issues that affects all the applications you filed.

refs on AOS affects EAD , if they were filled same time , and thats normally mentioned in the ref for AOS , the same like the letter i got , USCIS customer service says that it doesnt but it does . and biomitrics doesnt affect EAD because you can be approved same day you had biomitrics , I hope we get approved soon , because many cases are being approved , they sent me a notice on october 1st saying they recieved my response for the ref , and AOS was touched on october 2nd , but nothing with EAD yet , no touches after biomitrics
