I NEED SOME HELP PLZZZZ

Two weeks ago i received the envelop from the us consulate in montreal, and they are saying : please complete and return to this office :

1-DS-230 PART 1

2-DS-160

3-DS-156

4-DS156K

AND THE CONFIRMING RECEIPT REGARDING FORM DS-160

AND CHECKLIST (ENCLOSED) INDICATING YOU HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

SO MY QUESTIONS ARE:

DO I HAVE TO SEND THEM ALL ONE SHUT, EVEN AFTER MY MEDICAL EXAM?

DO I HAVE TO SEND THE ds-230 FIRST AND AFTER THE REST?

SO PLZ IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME, I AM AFRAID TO BE LATE IF I WAIT TILL I FINISH EVERYTHING AND THEN SEND THEM

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO AND SEND FIRST, AND NEXT AND NEXT ETC..

Yes, send them all the forms that they ask for at one time. DS 230 Part 1 is the only form you will need. They do not require DS230 part 2 at any point in time.

The checklist must be checked off and you must have all the items complete BEFORE your INTERVIEW, not before you actually send it to them in the mail.

You will bring the medical, police certificate and anything else that is checked off that you need to your interview.

I SEND THE CHECKLIST NOW? DO I CHECK THE MEDICAL EXAM EVEN IF IT'S NOT DONE YET? AND MAKE SURE IT'S DONE BEFORE THE INTERVIEW??

THAT'S WHAT U'RE SAYING?

Yes. Check medical if it's not done, and be sure it's done by the interview date

Don't people check off that they have done the medical, even if they haven't actually completed it before they send the checklist in? Or does everyone wait until everything is in hand before they send it?

I seem to remember many sending it off before the medical?

Oh I see Jill has already answered that one!

THANK YOU SO MUCH ;)

AND DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TIME DE WE HAVE TO SEND BACK THE PACK 3 ? IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS THAT I RECEIVED IT, CAN I TAKE ONE OR TWO MORE WEEKS?? OR WHAT

Yes, you can take a few weeks more, it's no rush really. The longer you take to send it back, the longer it takes for an interview, that's all
