HELLO,

I filled k-1 and k-2 visa for my Nigerian Fiance, and as the interview period gets closer and closer we are begining to worry what Lagos might require concerning the kids..... would they ask that my fiance do a DNA test as proof that she is the mother? we are worried because they are 3 kids and i understand that DNA test is outrageously expensiv in Lagos. that would mean paying for 4 defferent tests, which would include her and the 3 kids.

i am posting for the first time, and not very sure how its done. help!

Not sure about the DNa test. Ont thing they WILL require is permission, written and notarized, from the other parent listed on the birth certificate.

This will have to specify the child has permission to relocate PERMANENTLY to the UNITED STATES. If there is one father for all three children, you can use ONE letter bu tlist each child by name and birthdate. She will need this OR a court order of sole custody WITH transport privilege OR death certificate of the father. In addition you need a copy of his passport photo and signature page (or other government issued ID with photo and signature)
