Its Friday already!!

I am so glad this week is just about over. I am thankful to be home from the hospital and back to work but I'm still not sure about this being panic attacks. I should have taken some xanax to sleep but I don't want to get hooked on that #######.

I hope your Friday and weekend goes good. I know I'm spending lots of time at home Not so sure I like that but hey one day at a time.

Yesterday, I had to scrape off ice on my windshield!! I still haven't had to turn the heat on yet in the home. I'm holding out as long as I can.

Terrie your grandson is adorable!!! Panic attacks can mimick many things but I can relate to the frustration when they tell you that's what it is. I went through that many many years ago but thank God I haven't been suffering too much from them now. Did they give you any type of meds to prevent them? I know that xanax and ativan are good for when they happen but there are medications out there that actually prevent them from coming back. I"ve posted about this a while back but I was at the point where it was difficult to leave my house. I wasn't all out agoraphobic but one step away from it and it got to the point where my family and I couldn't take it anymore so I went on medication, Paxil at that time, and after only two to three weeks I was able to eat my first meal at a restaurant in about 4 years. Just thought I'd let you know you're not alone and that there are many people out there with the same illness. (((hugs)))

It's cold here this morning!!!! I wanna be back under my comforter but have tons of work to do. Thank God it's Friday!!!!!!

Dreary and cold here in Philly. GO PHILS! We made it 3rd straight year to the playoffs ...of course you know we are the current CHAMPS

My daughter turned 10 yesterday. My baby girl. Her party is tomorrow so hope I don't come home all battered and bruised from roller blading. I don't think I ever have roller bladed. I still have to get the cake.

Well I am doing well. Boss wants me to stay on full time and I have had one interview will find out next week and was called yesterday for another interview somewhere else I will see if they call back. Went to orintation for vocational training will see how that goes not sure I am leaving up it God as I know He will guide me where i am needed the most for His will.

One month and one week until I am on my cruise. Yeah!!!
