Checklist question - Notorized Statement?

What do they want here? I sent him a letter of intent to marry but didn't notorize it. Is that what this is? Should I have had it notorized?

Still haven't sent checklist, waiting on Police Certificate. Anyone else have to wait more than 10 business days for them to ship out? They are telling my SO that they won't be shipping it out until the 6th, almost 17 days instead of 10. Hopefully this is not the case. He has everything else (I think

17 days would be quick, you can apply for it well in advance

My fiancee had nothing notarized for his interview. He just had the letters of intent we sent in with our original app.

It did take longer than 10 days to get the police certificate. It was just over 2 weeks for us.

I just realized this, too.

Do they need to be updated? I have the letters on my computer I can just print out and resign again... but I also have a copy of the original ones we sent in February.

I believe the letter of intent only needs notarized if your interview takes place more than 4 months after your NOA2.
