has anyone had this happen to them...the avr tells you one thing and when you talk to an operator she tells you another thing??? which one do i believe?

The avr tells me that they have received my checklist response on this date................and when i talk to an operator she tells me the are still waiting to receive my checklist.

Stick with the AVR, opertors only see what is on their screen. They dont look any further, UGH!!!

Hang in there, soon you will be complete at NVC!!!

yeah that what i am gonna do....but one thing scares me is that the operators say they have received nothing... and they tell me they are waiting for my checklist response which i have already sent.

Sweets, you can call 4 times in a row, and get 4 different answers from operators. Stick with the AVR.

Although sometimes the AVR is not updated timely... Mine said they found documents missing and my case was completed the day before??? Basically, if the AVR and what the operator say are different, I call for another operator and tell them that I have gotten 2 different answers and see what they say!!!

Hum??? NOT sure, I know when you cant log in anymore at NVC , your case is complete. i never went back to the AVR after my case was complete.

same.. I call the NVC yesterday.. and told me. they haven't receive my choice of agent yet.. but i sent it september 18.

its 11 working days now.. I am worried... so i sent it again yesterday coz that is what the OPERATOR told me.

Not sure what your timeline is... I take it you sent all the 230 package?? When... As the final approval from the day they received my package it was 5 days, but that was quick, the norm seems to be about 7-10 days after the 230 package is received...

You will first see that you can no longer login to your account... Login failure... Then, it is about 2 days for case complete and the AVR does say case complete (I have called it a few times just to hear them say that!!!) lol....

I just want to know. My hubby sent his I-864ez at NVC september 30, 2009.. how long it will takes that they already receive my hubby PACKAGE?? after that what next??

I am still waiting for my choice of agent to be accepted from NVC..

For your husband (the petitioner) that is all his paperwork unless they have a question or need other financial paperwork...

Once your choice of agent is accepted, the IV bill will be available, pay that, when it shows paid, print the cover page and send the 230... Then wait for login failure!!! I hope they get on the ball and get your choice of agent accepted...

I suggest checking at night after 10 on the website (when they update) and at 10 AM and 3PM, those seem to be the update times each day...

Log into the NVC system, if it shows Paid, then its paid. If shows Processing, give it a bit longer, will show paid shortly, within 48 hours.
