Hope this works, haven't used photobucket in a while. May not look much but this is the candle we lit near every night next to our bed when we had those 2 1/2 weeks together. He actually packed this in my suitcase and its sat on my desk :( good memories but sad ones, only time since that I've lit it is when he was in hospital to try and get some good vibes or something. BTW  try to ignore the soda cans....you see he stocked up on fanta before I came because he knew I had a craze for the stuff at the time  sweet he is but now hes got me addicted to diet pepsi! and appletizer...

Oh and IGNORE THE DATE, this was taken with his bros camera which date was in a time warp. this was take June 2005!

Love hurts

When you live an ocean away

When you change your sleep schedule to catch a few more moments

When you really need to be held and you have to imagine whilst your partner describes it

When you constantly refresh the USCIS website to see if you're getting any closer

Love Loves

When it repays you with the love of your life

When God finally answered your biggest prayer

When you can live life again in the real world but still have that eternal connection

When you wake up for to the beginning of the rest of your life with the person you fought so hard for

When you love somebody that much

You'll do anything

Hey Sharon, thankx for starting this thread. Used to, we had a lot of fun posting pics. I remember even Mo Udall posted "Damienesque" pictures of his boyhood and everyone was ooing and ahhing until he showed his trueself with the stupid UPL #######.

ithink your daughter with the cow is such a cute picture. :star:

The day after Ms. Ux's Kayone became Mrs. Ux she called the Vietnam Vets to have all my bachelor furniture hauled away together with 3/5 of my life-long wardrobe :crying:

:lol::lol::lol:

You have a way with words, Mr. Ux! This story reminds me of a newlywed coworker from years past; we worked in the men's department of a local store. As soon as her hubby (a naval officer) went on deployment, she immediately discarded all his clothes and replaced them with garments more to her liking. By the time he returned, there wasn't much he could do about it.

I am still fighting this battle with my husband of five months....many of our evenings out begin with the words "is that what you plan to wear?" Recently he did some painting in the bathroom, which was great except that he opted to use his most expensive pair of pants to paint in. With oil base paint. Sigh. Everything else he has is either athletic shorts or jeans.

My kudos to Mrs. Ux for her achievement....and your dining room looks great!

Thanx Leasel7 for you kind comment.

I am still fighting the battles when the war is already lost  Be it, "to sit or not to sit to pee front" or the

wardrobe license front. In the morning, I get dressed and come to breakfast, I get the approved, rejected motion rather unsolicited.

It goes like: Oh, that looks very nice.....sexxyyyyy

OR

OMG you look like a beggar in this . Oh, please NO!!!!not these shoes with buckle they look too pimpy:angry:

OR

I cannot go out with you looking like tis :(

Now, I am now practically living under Fashion, Kitchen Nazi regime. :help: And, I am using now using VJ as an underground anti- :help: fashion nazi regime media outlet

Down With Oppressive Fashion, Kitchen Nazi regimes!!!!

Here's a cool looking picture of us and a friend from a trip to D.C. a couple summers ago. It was funny, I was the only one of us who had ever been to D.C. before and I used to go all the time, so was kinda leading everyone around. And my short time as a tour guide was going well until the new and huge WWII memorial I hadn't seen before popped up and I had no idea what was going on. Then I brought them over and was hyping up the reflection pool and how great a view it was... we get there and it was completely drained - no notice or anything, they thought I was crazy at first! Great trip though, brings back good memories :D

One of my favourites, even `cause of the fine memories

That's a really cool photo because you can't see the glass, and it looks like the water is magically being held in the tank by your hand!

Thank you Jenn,it`s not my credit for it though,I was just the inspiration :dead::( ..didn`t last though .It was my ex fiance(USC) who took it,he`s pretty good at it... was taken at the Newport Aquarium Oregon,in January 2005 during my first visit in America when he asked me to marry him (after he had visited me in my country in 2004 ).That was an amaizing time for me,but (I hate this but) we had issues, some serious ones,so I cancelled ( with a lot of pain in my heart) the K1 visa in October 2005 , then time passing we both realized that we needed to give this another chance,I tried to go be with him again in America for a little more time this time(I flew to Portland on the 14th of February this year and I had my return ticket on the 27th of June,I was on a tourist visa) but the Immigration in Portland Oregon decided this time that I was a potential immigrant and they didn`t let me in the country. And that was it. And I don`t even know why I am talking about this here (it`s just because I have no timeline,so yeah)

Love the pics you have in the gallery (F) you look gooood together (F)

And this I just took,it`s just a little ``hello VJ`` pic :)

I saw this thread and decided to dig out a post I made on another board. The photo itself speaks a thousand words, ..... although I'll give you the details too.

I know it's got nothing to do with me or Tracy or anything family or visa related, but I'm sure you will all appreciate it none the less.

This photograph shows a red Doberman kissing an exhausted fireman. He had just saved her from a fire in her house, rescuing her by carrying her out of the house into her front yard, while he continued to fight the fire.

She is pregnant. The firefighter was afraid of her at first, because he had never been around a Doberman before. When he finally got done putting the fire out, he sat down to catch his breath and rest. A photographer from the Charlotte, North Carolina newspaper, "The Observer," noticed this red Doberman in the distance looking at the fireman. He saw her walking straight toward the fireman and wondered what she was going to do. As he raised his camera, she came up to the tired man who had saved her life and the lives of her babies, and kissed him, when the photographer snapped this photograph.

Have the Kleenex ready.
