Thanks everyone for your help last night:)

Two Questions:

1. On the I-485 Page One Part One it asks "Current USCIS Status"? On the other Apps it makes sense to put AOS pending but since this IS the AOS app do you put K-1 Visa holder- even though the marriage already took place? What do you put?!?

2. My mother is the REAL sponsor of my husband as the one with money- do I still fill out a 864 like before when I had to be the sponsor and fill out the I-134? Thanks!

My (now) husband came in on a fiance's visa and we are filing for AOS now. So, I made ####### for the last few years- still don't make enough. When filing for K-1 both my mother and I filled out separate I-134's. My mother was a sponsor cause I haven't made enough money but I still filed an I-134, including what I could regarding tax-returns etc.

1. Now, I am filing the I-864 as the wife/ petitioner of the intending immigrant and primary sponsor.

-What do I need to include as proof of income, if I don't make enough money anyways

(My mother ( she does not live with us) is also filling one out and she makes far above the requirements)

2. Also, on my form I select (box one for family member petitioning) and my Mom checks the box for Joint sponsor, correct?

3. Should I write anything anywhere linking the two- or a letter of explanation or what?

THANKS!!!
