All, Thanks God..I just got a text message from USCIS stating change in status. When I logged in I found that it is approved..

Congrats and a personal advice - before you go any further with K-3 wait a bit for your I-130 approval and go with the CR-1. Def will do better :thumbs:

Hey Chris - Do I need to do anything special? What do I need to do for 130 to replace 129 when/if it gets approved?

How long will it take now for hte rest of the process do you know?a month, less than two months etc if we go with 129?

Just avoid responding to the I-129 approval, your I-130 should be approved pretty soon as well. K-3 is not obsolete anymore, it's more expensive and takes pretty much the same time. Once I-130 is approved, if you have everything ready to be sent to NVC, then the NVC stage might take a month or two, then another 40-60 days for the interview :thumbs:
