where to go from here

ok...im a usc...so i filed for k-3 visa.

sent the i-130.

one month later sent i-129f.

finally got nao2 for both.

at the same time.

i called nvc to see if they had received my case yet.

they said they received it on the 24th

& forwarded it to the embassy on the 28th....

i asked them what i needed to do next & they said

wait for the embassy to contact me for the interview.

so does that mean im through with nvc?

what about the ds-3032, i-864, & ds-230?

will i still need to complete & send all these forms?

or will i need to send them all to my husband so he will have them

when he goes to the interview?

i know nvc will tell me what to do when they contact me

but i like to be prepared.

Your husband will need those forms but depending on the consulate, that will be three or more months from now.

Those forms, the DS-3032 etc are needed at the NVC level if you choose to pursue the Cr-1 visa. If you chose to follow the K-3 visa then sit tight and wait for the embassy to contact you with what they need
