How is this relevant? Read the police report and then explain how it was consensual. After getting her drunk and drugging her, she still objected, pleaded, and asked to be taken home. It wasn't consensual; it was rape (not statutory). If she had been 18, it would still have been rape.

There are a lot of people in Hollywood who admire Polanski's work as a film director, which is different from giving him a free pass on the terrible wrong he did to that girl. Hopefully, he'll be extradited and justice will be served. Celebrities shouldn't get any special treatment when it comes to committing crimes.
