Hi everybody,

thank you so muh for your help and sharing your experience.Well,We have received our approval letter and we are waiting for the next step..I have aquestion about the affidativ of support,my fiancee has an income from unemployement and one from a social security,it makes about 1900 Dollars a month,about 22800 dollars a years;is good enough for the I-134 form as income,or we need a co-sponser.Thank you again for your help ..

If I understand it right, if the petitioners income is 125% above poverty, then you do NOT need a co-sponsor. Her income and rate would now be based on a family of 2, including you. Does she have any children?
