Hey there,

Just wanted to give some hope to others in our shoes... Our case was completed at NVC on June 24 and we just now got an email for our Appointment date for Montreal at the end of November! FINALLY!!!

Hope some others get theirs as well ! :dance::dance::dance:

K-3 Visa - VANCOUVER

04/01/2009 - I-129F NOA2

04/14/2009 - NVC Received

04/15/2009 - NVC Left

04/17/2009 - Consulate Received

04/20/2009 - Packet 3 downloaded

04/23/2009 - Packet 3 Sent

04/23/2009 - Packet 4 Received (email w/appt. date)

05/20/2009 - Medical Exam - Vancouver

05/19/2009 - Interview In Vancouver for K-3 (Interview from hell)

05/20/2009 - Dropped off Medical at Consulate, No Visa- Told we are in AP

06/03/2009 - Email from Consulate-Visa mailed

06/05/2009 - Visa In hand

06/06/2009 - US POE, Winnipeg

EAD

06/14/2009: mailed I-765

06/24/2009: NOA1

07/06/2009: Recv'd Biometrics letter/appt. for 7/25

07/07/2009: walk in Biometrics early

08/04/2009: Card Production ordered!

08/10/2009: EAD card in hand!

NVC I-130

04-01-09: I-130 NOA2 (Approved) 155 days @ CSC

06/24/2009 : case complete at NVC

CR-1 Interview

11/25/2009: Interview at MONTREAL, CANADA (approved)

11/28/2009: Visa in hand (picked up from consulate)

12/14/2009: Permanent Residence Card in hand!

Employment at Wells Fargo Bank on Nov. 9, 2009

Done until lifting conditions... yeah!

07/13/2009 IV interview at Tokyo, Japan

07/15/2009 IV(IR-1) in hand

Post-DCF

07/29/2009 POE at Las Vegas

08/17/2009 GC(10yrs) received

did you receive any news for the interview ?

i had the same case wich is none immigrant visa but k-3 ! my wife just recived paket 3 and according to it the visa interview will be schedule for a date approximately 4 to 6 months !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what going on what this consualte ! is it real we gonna wait all this time after i taught the k-3 is the really fast case to bring my wife to US??? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pls some help pls

can she just walkin there with all the documents? any other solution plsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss i cant wait my wife to join me !

No, she cannot just "walk in" there. She must have an appointment. The K3 WAS quicker a few years ago - it is no longer.

Montreal: BEAT!!! Approved!!!!!
