Question about G-325a And I-130

i have Questions about I-130

15. Name and address of present employer (if any).

and am just sudent now so wt i can type just dtudent or with the adress of my collage?

17. List husband/wife and all children of your relative .

i have daughter now from my wife ( the petitioner ) so that means to list my daughter name and her name

or the daughter name with my name?

and about G-325a

in the instuction it says no blank

and every time i try to type N/A or NONE in the

File Number

Social security Number

Alien regestraion number

it gives me 000-000-000

so i dont know if i should just leave it as blank

or wait till i print it then write N/A with pen?

You type in there N/A

no, you don't wanna leave it blank

yup, print the form and then write with a pen whatever is applicable - either none or N/A

we sent about 30 emails for the past 2 years, copy of invoices of cell phone bills showing calls between each other, about 20 pages A4 format (4 pics on each sheet) from dif occasions, some skype chat log, letters from petitioner's family and friends that are aware of our relationship and marriage... hope that will help you

in order to go faster through NVC stage after I-130 is approved, make sure you get all the originals needed for NVC

if you get everything you'll need before you start NVc and send it to your wife, that will speed up the NVC stage

did you copy email as it from the website or just copy and paste it in word file then copy?!

and when i called USCIS the lady said the G-325A become only 1 copy required not 4 like past but i dont trust her is it real that i have to send 1 only?

Yes, just send in one copy of the G-325A (one copy each for both of you!). I got approved last week sending in one, along with other August filers who did the same.

my husband printed them from the web, but i did the A4 format with the copy/paste pics on them (4 pics on each sheet with explanation who is on the pic, where it was taken, what the event was, etc. dont send them too much and make it a big stuck, eventually the beneficiary will get all these back at the day of the interview, and will have them in an orange envelope that will have to give to US immigrations at the airport. I ended up with 2 orange packages and the lady who dealt with my paperwork at the airport was shocked and wasn't very happy, it took her more than 30 min to deal with the 2 packages. she said that's the biggest package she's seen lately.

i heard according to new instructions they need only 1 page of G-325a, so good luck

I'm laughing right now. My hubby will be so mad at me when he gets handed 10 orange packages. ha! I sent a 7 lb. FedEx box with the I-130 full of binders, etc...!

Is USCIS need Alien birth certificate with the I-130 packet or just in NVC?

and wts the best way to send the packet to USCIS coz i lost it before with USPS

so if anyone have advise about that will be thnakful
