Thanks for the info but you still need to fill in your timeline.

The reason the other posts were locked. is that the administrator of the website decided to lock them after numerous members asked him to.

Daisy I am sorry but i expect the reason for the other two to be locked is that some may think you are just messing around - you ask for advice - we give you advice and we have also so many times explained that YOU MUST fill in your timeline - as it will also give you an answer to one of your own question and yet you still do not do it. We even gave you instructions in numerouse posts how to do it but yet you still dont fill in your timeline. It makes me and I am sure others think that you are either:

1. not understanding the typed english language - if this is the case get your american fiance to post or atleast read the messages hopefully his english is better.

2. you are just messing about and maybe even a troll (that means you are not here for the reason you say you are and just cause trouble) - I hope not:)

If at this stage you cant even follow instructions on how to fill in your timeline, how sure are you to follow the instructions of the whole visa process? myself and other members here can help you, guide you and advise you BUT WE CANNOT HOLD YOUR HAND.

I wrote you a very detailed message on the other thread and you did reply thanking me for the message - I only hoped you had read it and understood it and done something about it. Obviously not :(

Have you heard the story about the boy that cried wolf? basically its about a boy that kept calling out and scaring the villagers by shouting out "WOLF!! WOLF!" so everyone would come to his rescue then to realise he was just messing around to see who would come to help him. Well he did this so many times that eventually the villagers got fed up and didnt listen to him crying "WOLF!" one day, but this particular day there was an actual wolf - and the little boy was killed by this wolf as the villagers didnt come to rescue him. You and your posts remind me of that story - because you keep asking these questions over and over again and you get advice from everyone here but yet you dont take it and ask the same questions over and over again - soon people are gonna get fed up and not respond to you at all - so please try to understand the advice others give ya:)

OK AGAIN DAISY YOU ARE NOT READINGAND UNDERSTANDING!! Ok I am sorry - you are asking the same question over and over and over again and you are not understanding my reply to you - either you are really messing about now to get others really frustrated - or you are genuinly THICK and JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND!! I like to think that I am a very nice person with alot of patience with people and try to help whenever I can but you are now even taking me to the limit.

I will explain for the VERY LAST time - to answer your question about when you will receive your NOA2 -YOU MUST fill in your timeline - that doesnt mean just posting your dates here on this message it means the actual timeline section - if you look here on the left side of this window next to your message it should say "Timeline" that is the section you have to fill in. To make things even easy do you see under this message in RED lettering it says "PLEASE REMEMBER TO UPDATE YOUR TIMELINE AS THE STATISTICS ON THIS FORUM ARE CALCULATED VIA THE TIMELINES. PLEASE GO TO:" then there is a link to the site - put your mouse cursor on that link and click it - you will then see the heading "TIMELINE FUNCTIONS" under that it will say "Edit/Add my Entry" click on that which will allow you to fill in the details about which visa you are applying for, embassy you are going through and the dates you sent your petition and received NOA1 etc etc. PLEASE DO THIS NOW! once this is done you can see that the computer will calculate an estimate time for you to receive your NOA2.

OK Now if this doesnt work - and you dont understand what I have told you or cant do it - YOU ARE VERY VERY Illiterate or just plain THICK! I am sorry but if you do not do this to answer your own question then I am definately done helping you - and I am one of the nice guys here :) as much as I like to help others but even now I am really thinking you are just crying "WOLF!!" And if you cant understand my simple instructions - YOU should not be on here or even try to go for something as complicated as the visa process.

Good luck in whatever you decide

Daisy,

I'm going through the same process as you. I visit this web site ocassionally to get my questions answered. There are people here much more knowledgeable about the process than I am and I respect their opinions.

I had not read any of your previous posts until this morning. I would like to take a moment to offer my opinion on what is happening:

Issues with your application:

1. It sounds like you have some serious issues you have to deal with. Most advice on this board is how to deal with the standard process and "normal" issues that might occur. I hope you and your fiance have taken the advice of those on this board and found a good lawyer to assist you.

2. You have asked some good questions about the dates for the next steps. Unfortunately, the latest IMBRA changes (the RFE you mentioned your fiance responded to) has all the date estimates in shambles. I have a "normal" case and I cannot even get a good estimate on mine. With the items mentioned in number one above, I imagine your dates will be next to impossible to estimate accurately.

Issues with your previous posts:

Forgive me for "generalizing". I don't do it to insult, but just to make a point. In general, American's like to "follow processes". Our reputation is not as rigid as English or Swedish, but not nearly as "flexible" as many European countries seem to be. This is true of some of our personal lives and especially our government. When others asked you to fill in the "timeline" section of your account here (giving instructions which you thanked us for but did not follow) and when you did not seem to understand their answers that you would have a long process that did not have shortcuts to it, I think frustrations got a bit high. There were some responses made by several different people in the other threads that were a bit embarrassing to read. As I read them, it seems as if emotions were a bit high and some were a bit terse in their responses. That is perhaps why the threads were closed.

I apologize for this long post. I hope you will let us know what your lawyer has to say about the situation. Most all here either have gone through or are going through the 'trials and tribulations' of getting together with a loved one via the US Immigration policies. I have found a wealth of knowledge in their experience, but I realize in some matters there is no experience to draw from, like estimating timelines after IMBRA changes. We are the first group of folks to go through that.

Best of luck.

Dan

This is the reason why we keep telling her to fill in her damn timeline - but she doesnt seem to listen or even understand - we are not being nosey or anything we are trying to help her. If her timeline was filled in with all these details we wouldnt have to keep asking her the same question either !

Darn I couldn't resist.

She is (supposedly) in Bulgaria. She has been provided with ALL the information she needs - we have given A LOT more information and time than any attorney would.

She has been walked through the process to put up her timeline again and again and again and again.

She has been walked through the 601 waiver process for overstay in the US (which is her situation)and advised on the exact steps her USC fiance needs to take to write the hardship letter to accompany the waiver.

Really, there is NOTHING more we can do for Daisy.
