I searched but couldn't find what I was looking for. I have both the I-130 and g-325a forms filled out and have her middle name just as it was prior to marrying me. I followed the example forms when filling out both of them, but am not sure if I need to change them to reflect the name she'll be using NOW? I've read that it's only important that her visa and passport match - is that correct?

Maiden name = Merlaine Homeres Barredo

Married name = Merlaine Barredo Wilkins

I have her as Merlaine H. Wilkins on all the forms (with Barredo listed as "previous" names of course). Should I change anything or will it be ok as is?

Thanks!!

Kevin

Have her married name on the forms. :) Yes, the name that appears on her visa and passport should match.

Ok, I should change these to reflect the new middle name then I guess. Sooo confusing!! LOL All of our documents thus far have her middle initial as "H." of course, so that's what I was using. I'm sure they're used to it in Manila but I want all this to be just right before I submit it. Thanks :)
