Hi to all my dear fellow VJ's,

Just a question here, that confuses me right now, this is about me being a tourist visa in Kuwait for 2 months, will i still put this information on my G325A Form, or no need? I do appreciate all your answers...

Marriage (if applicable): 2009-10-29

I-130 Sent : 2010-02-12

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-02-19

I-130 RFE :

I-130 RFE Sent :

I-130 Approved : 2010-04-27

NVC Received : 2010-05-03

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2010-05-06

Pay I-864 Bill 2010-05-08

Receive I-864 Package : 2010-05-11

Return Completed I-864 : 2010-05-22

Return Completed DS-3032 : 2010-05-12

Receive IV Bill : 2010-05-18

Pay IV Bill : 2010-05-20

Receive Instruction Package : 2010-05-21

JUNE 23, 2010 - MEDICAL PASSED!

Any question in any form that requires you to put the countries you have been to outside the Philippines, even if you were only there for a day, as long as it was outside the Philippines , you have to put it.

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

And you need to have a police clearance from there if you stayed for more than 6 months.
