It is really a very important site,it povides you with all the neesary information.Thank you all for your help.Well,they said that they have mailed my fiancee the approved letter,that is great..There is something I want to ask about:my finaee was delayed of her jod,and she gets income from unemployement,is that a problem with the I-134 form,please try to reply me and provide me with the necessary information.Thank you all..

Yes it is a problem. Unemployment income is not permanent and is not likely to be considered to meet the qualifications for the oublic charge provisions of the visa. Your fiancee should be seeking a cos-ponsor and a new job at this stage. If she does not have a new job before the interview, you will need a co-sponsor

I was in the same position as your fiance. I lost my job and had to rush to find another one. Its not my first choice but it will do until something better comes along. It will be much better if he can find a job even a lesser job as long as it meets the poverty guidelines. Also if you use a co-sponser, first find out if your embassy will except one. goodluck
