She may need to take matters into her own hands, so to speak. I don't know how old the husband is, but men peak in their teens, and the sex drive declines after that. It could also be pressures at work, and at home. Maybe, she is just not allowing enough time for things to happen "naturally".

Husband and wife need to talk about it, without pressuring the male, or that may result in performance issues. The more the wife makes an issue of it, the worse things will get.

The guy may have medical problems, may have difficulty. Surprised no has suggested the obvious. The problem may be her. have her try some out some other techniques in the bedroom. If all she does is lie there and count then that is a bad thing. Have her go all out and learn all about oral sex and deep throat. It doesn't hurt to instead of lay in the missionary to do it doggie style many times and many men like to bang the boobies at times.
