Timeline

Hi, everyone.

First of all I want to thank all of you guys for your supports, advices and your help. Today I was at the US Embassy for my visa interview, everything was fine, I was so nervous because I can't wait to go, everything was fine the office congratulate me for my future wedding. Now I wonder what after that, I'm so happy but I said to myself that there are a lot of road to do, this not the finish line....

My questions for you guys

What I'll need to legally able to work in USA?

How much I'll spent for the rest of the applications?

As I said congratulations for you guys who had been approved and hope for you who are still wainting, don't be frustrated whatever what you need VJ has the answer.....

Thanks.... whitout you I'd be very difficult to me.

Hi, once you cross and get married you have to do your AOS, Adjustment of Status and apply for your advance parole and EAD (work authorization) I think it's $1010. if I remember correctly. You can't work till after you get your EAD. Congratulations and good luck.
