Hi,

I got a notice of action , with a receipt number which match with my daughter's case or her first receipt number.

My husband sent my AOS and apply for her stepdaughter who's my little baby and who's in our country, we have been separate for over a year and a half, I have a confusion since this notice of action is mentioned that this case has been transferred to USCIS office at USCIS NBC, and they will notify us when the interview will be schedule. I thought in this case the first person who has to go for an interview was my husband and I, and after that my daughter's case will be send to the NVC in our country.

can be a mistake with the receipt numbers???

Thanks,
