I have read in the forums before that they notate or update the account each time it is touched. Where do I find that? I signed up for the account but cant seem my case status that just has 7 balls on it....The Initial review is lit up but where do you see each time it is scanned?

you'll need to setup a case status online account. there it will show last time updated, which is referred to as touched.

You have to watch the Last Updated area...when the date changes you know it has been "touched". But don't get too excited they hardly ever get it updated.

My K1 still shows it in initial review and only had 1 touch. My wife has been here for 4 months. Our AOS did get one touch but nothing after we did the biometrics and nothing when they transferred the case to CSC...so draw your own conclusions.

Don't just rely on their website..it's sooooooo unreliable! They approved our case without changing the online status. They didn't even send us email about Notice of Approval. They also didn't update the change of address online that's why they sent our NOA2 to my husband's old address. That website sucks! I'm just glad we're done with USCIS.
