My beautiful wife came here with no castle. She knew how poor I was. She gave up a wonderful job as an elementary shcool principal at age 34 to be with me.

Then her brrother got sick, and is dying, and she had to go back to the Phils for 3 weeks, then came back again, to me, and my poor livelihood, knowing exactly what she was coming back to. Yet she loves me, and gave up all that was so good in her life to be with me, and I am so thankful, and proud of her. I admire her. I adore her. I respect her. She makes me rich, because she is of greater value than any castle or any priceless gem... Greater to me than all the riches of the world.

I love her...so much....

I really appreciate your post. It brings things all down to earth. When a man reaches into his mid 40's he can only then appreciate how fragile life is and that the material things seem less and less important. Having love and loved one's in one's life is what truly matters. The material things that I thought were once important just seem like clutter in my life now. I have a sweet pinay that cares so much for me now. It is all that matters. I'm just glad to be alive and still have all my capacities.

Absolutely! I think most desire to live a comfortable life. To obtain and keep the "things" that make life more enjoyable...but, do they last? How soon do they become obsolete? or need to be replaced bcoz of wear and tear or for the newest and brightest? Been there, done that and still doing it. Why not? excellence within ability makes life more challenging and rewarding BUT...bottom line...true love is the only thing that lasts...true love is the only thing that grows stronger...true love is the only thing that becomes new, over and over again...true love is the real gold...true love is the greatest gift of God to mankind!! I am one of the lucky 1s in this world bcoz I have found my true love and in it, I have found Gods lesson for me.

BTW...I dont find anything wrong with TCO wanting to show off his new home...my life is not measured by another mans...asawa ko and I enjoy our life by our terms... and only by knowing asawa ko is happy and that our love and marriage is growing stronger do I find true satisfaction bcoz all the other stuff....just comes and goes.

and...I'm kinda glad for TCO's posts...spices things up a little...this site wud be a little more quiet without them.

Why are questioning the capacity of Jack a.k.a TCO a.k.a "The King" that he cannot buy such an awesome castle like that? :D

FYI....he told us that his wife comes from a freaking rich family here in the Philippines..

and one thing more.....a Certified RN...which means..lots a lots a lots a dollars!!!!! woohoo.....

But yeah, we still need proof.....we still need pictures of you and Anais inside the castle...

That will be all "MY MAJESTY"!!!!

I am an RN and i dont make lots and lots of dollars...i dont think any RN can make lots of dollars for a mansion like this

Actually houses in Texas are very cheap compared to say california, check it out

http://www.ffair.remax-texas.com/remaxtx/m...=true&ptd=5

Oh my! the prices in Texas' houses are so much cheaper compare here in Bay Area, CA. Small houses here are more expensive than the houses in Texas that I've seen in the website. My mom-in-law is a real estate agent here in Bay Area, I saw the price of the house which is smaller or more likely on OP's house is priced in million dollars. The rate of houses are really really going down in today's recession but still prices in CA houses are still expensive compared to other states.

TCO, because you have that sig pic of the infomercial douchebag that loves to slapchop his nuts, every time I see this infomercial on tv, I think of you, hehe.

Honestly, you are fighting an uphill battle going back and forth trying to convince that that beautiful texas castle with professional photos is really yours. I think others here find some credibility lacking. So pull something out of your hat, and really convince 'em. Let 'em eat some humble pie. A convincing pic is worth 1000 words

Itzallgood:

In due time, the pics are from the MLS (Market Listing Service) and was put on the internet to sell the house, and yes it was probably a professional photographer who took the pics. We just moved into the house last week.

As soon as I can locate my camera and some time I will post some "Humble Pie" pics.

Funny thing is how this thread turned, I had lived in the same house for 20 years, and when my Fiance arrived in Texas I had already set some goals.

Marriage, Get her a car / driver licenses, her pass NCLEX, and after about 6 months she was to begin working.

My main goal for myself was to make a move to a newer house, and with the economy doing a downturn the prices of bigger houses dropped, and the interest rate is at a 50 year low, it was time to make a move. So I moved from a 1500 sq ft house to 4500 sq ft house, and it was the perfect time to do it.

Since a select few posters on here wanted to doubt me or question me, I figured I will give them enough rope that they will hang themselves.

YOU GOT THE SMART MOVE....THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME TO BUY. WE WISH WE CAN MOVE INTO CHEAPER STATE TOO BECAUSE THE CAUSE OF LIVING HERE IN BAY AREA, CA IS SOO DARN EXPENSIVE BUT WE CAN'T BECAUSE MY HUBBY'S FAMILY ARE ALL IN HERE AND ALSO OUR JOBS ARE HERE. CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH OF YOU! REALLY SMART MOVE!
