Sent of I-130 in June, but still no notice of action

Our I-130 package was sent of at the end of june and they signed for delivery on the 1st of July. Now almost 3 moths later we still haven't recieved our notice of action so we can send of the I-129F...

Is this timeline normal ? Can anybody help me with information, or does anybody now where i can turn too for information regarding this ?

My husband and i just had our first baby on the 18th of september and i really want to join him in the US as soon as possible!

01/26/2008 met online

05/25/2008 flew to Alaska to meet the man i fell inlove with

12/31/2008 got married in belgium on newyears eve

01/17/2009 found out i was pregnant

07/07/2009 I-130 petition at lockbox chicago

09/18/2009 Our beautiful little girl is born

10/21/2009 I-130 petition approved

11/30/2009 Received AOS and visa application bill

02/05/2010 Finally payed AOS and visa application fee online

00/00/2010 lot of messing up

05/25/2010 Sent of AOS and DS-230 to NVC

06/16/2010 Recieved checklist from NVC about birthcerteficate,marriage cert.

06/17/2010 Sent package of to NVC

06/28/2010 PAckage recieved at NVC

08/08/2010 6 weeks and still waiting for news...

08/10/2010 SIF at 06.39 am

08/09/2010 Case completed at NVC !!!!!

08/12/2010 Interview date assigned

O8/19/2010 Medical 1st appointment

08/26/2010 Medical 2nd appointment passed!!!

09/07/2010 Interview Brussels Embassy at 2pm!!!!!!! VISA APPROVED!!!!!

09/18/2010 Our daughters 1st birthday: without daddy :((((

09/21/2010 POE ALASKA FINALLYYYYYY!!!!!!!!

12/31/2010 Second anniversary

Has your check been cashed? If so, on the back of the cashed check you should be able to see your receipt number which you can register online for case updates. You should also call USCIS and inquire.

Call the USCIS at 800-375-5283. They can look up your receipt number by name and SS #, but getting a copy of the cashed check you wrote will be more helpful. It will have your receipt number on the back.
