Hello,

I'm waiting for London to acknowledge my petition and send me Packet 3. I'm applying for K3 (I129f) visa. Just wondering how many other are waiting for the same.

Post you posts!

Have you called the DOS to see if P3 has been sent yet?

Many times mate. NVC shipped it on Tuesday 22nd September; sent London an email trigger, confirming my petition is coming. I would have thought once they received the email trigger, this would have prompted then to send Packet 3 out (considering its a letter confirming they have it and another letter with URLs on it). But I'm still waiting, it's quite frustrating to say the least. Once I know London sent off Packet 3, I can begin to complete the forms and send of the IV-check-list along with another form they require. I don't they understand the frustration and anxiety people go through whilst we wait. Apparently London send an email once they receive the petition, but I haven't received one yet. I'm not holding out for one, as my status for I129f on USCIS website, still hasn't changed from RFE received to approved.

By looking at may peoples time line, they aren't waiting to receive the Packet 3, once they know that Packer 3 has been sent out, they starting filing the paper work.

It took 7 days for London to send out the packet 3 from when it arrived, and another 4 days in the post.

Just because they say they don't have it doesn't mean its not there. They just may have not yet entered it in the system. They have been very backed up lately.

When they are saying London hasn't received the paperwork yet, they are just meaning that it's not logged into their system yet.

It took 2 days for our packet to get to London (we tracked through DHS and even when we knew it arrived, DOS said it hadn't) and 11 calendar days for them to issue P3. P3 never showed up, so we sent the forms in anyway.

You can get your forms together now, if you haven't already, and have them ready to post.

It took us a couple of days to fill out the forms completely and make sure they were correct before we sent them off.

I don't know how to track it via DHL without consignment number. I have called and they said all shipments to London on Tuesday 22nd Septennial from New Hampshire have been delivered. Yes, I agree that London may have received it, but not yet uploaded. It's just extremely frustrating to wait. Each day feel like a month. I want to get Packet 3 sent so that I can get a Interview date asap. I hate waiting for things like this. As I'm sure everyone else does as well.

Yeah, waiting was really hard, even though we had the wedding planned for 6 months later, I wanted things done now now now now now.
