Case Status: Initial Review

Hello my fellow vj members,

First of all I wanna say thank you again and again to all the members who shares their time and effort to answer questions.

We sent our I-130 for my 2 kids on April 6,2009 and after 5 months and 3 weeks we finally seen touches on Sept. 23.When i checked the status it says "Initial review"..

My questions are:

1. Sept. 23 was the first touched we seen since April,2009..we did not get any updates,emails, touches but just this Sept.23 .should i be worried?

2.It shows online that the case status is on initial review... what does it mean?

3. Am i still on the time frame?

4. Do you think we will get the approval soon?
