DS157,need not to fill up upon submission to USEMbassy?

I have my K1 application fee paid at BDO this morning. As the teller hands me over the form with blue receipt attached on it,Ive asked for couple sheets more since space isnt enough. Yet they only issue one form.And applicants need not to fill it out,the teller said.Is that so? Submitting a blank DS157 to the USEmbassy.Will this not cause a problem later on?

I've read in some threads that all the forms can be completed in advance, however, you need not sign them in advance coz some must be signed before the Consular Officer.

hi. the reason why you don't need to fill out what BDO attaches to your 157 is because it's just attached to your receipt. but as the embassy requires, you have to fill out a 157 form yourself, aaprt from the one BDO gives
