One more questions [wow, I've got lots of questions]...

ONe of the documents that they are requiring me to bring to the interview is "OF-169". It says that they have already received this from me and that is is completed and reviewed, however, I really don't know what it is. Does anyone know what they are talking about? I copied EVERYTHING [twice] that I sent to the NVC so if they have it, I should also have it.

Thanks again guys... you're the best!

If I remember correctly the OF-169 is the piece of paper regarding the affidavit of support - the petitioner signs it on behalf of the beneficiary.

It should be with your checklist (in that bundle of forms) - but it's something you bring in to your interview they don't require it faxed back.

Make sure to look at the bottom it will tell you what form it is.

Thank you so much. As soon as you said what it was regarding [864], it totally made sense to me. I have plenty of copies of that and will definitely bring it to the interview. Thanks again!
