Hi everybody....i know this is a little late, but I just got back from the philippines, where I attended the K-1 interview with Rhiz. Every thing went very smooth, we got the PINK!!!!! :thumbs: :thumbs:

Also the visa was delivered just 3 days later, wow, seems still not to be real, but in a short time, Rhiz and I will be together here in San Diego, and then ready for the next step, ha ha ha.

Thanks to everybody here and all the information, we had all the paperwork together and everything was great. :thumbs: :thumbs:

Congratulations.......Cory got her visa today and I know the feeling is immense.

January 21, 2010 - Submitted AOS

January 25, 2010 - Cory received her SSN

March 9, 2010 - Received appointment for biometrics - will be on March 18

March 18, 2010 - Biometrics done

March 19, 2010 - Touches on I-485 and I-765

March 25, 2010 - Advance Parole approved..received on April 1 in the mail

March 29, 2010 - I-485 notice date, received on April 4, 2010

May 3, 2010 - EAD approved

May 5, 2010 - Date interview....approved

4/27/13: RFE received

6/17/13: RFE response sent

7/1/13: ROC petition approved

7/5/13: GC received in the mail.

06/04/11 - Received 3 Notices and Biometrics Appointment

06/17/11 - Walk-in Biometrics(for June 23rd)

06/23/11 - Transferred to CSC

07/20/11 - EAD card production;AP approved

07/28/11 - Received combo card EAD/AP in the mail

10/18/11 - Green card/document production

10/24/11 - Green Card in hand! to God be the glory!

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

07/17/2013 - Sent I-751 package

07/22/2013 - NOA1

08/09/2013 - Walk-in biometrics (for August 23rd)
