Can anyone please enlighten our mind if it's necessary that the petitioner has to have health insurance coverage? If the petitioner does not have health insurance, does it mean disapproval of the petition? Can anyone help us? Thank you

You have to have financial support; nothing about insurance support.

Helps to have health insurance and life insurance for proof of bonafide marriage for spouse visas. Not required tho.

No they won't even ask. It is good evidence for the AOS if you are included on his health insurance policy though

Wait. Last week I heard it was 47 million. Did 5 million people die and I heard nothing of it? Hey that helps, less people without insurance. Funny how it was only the ones without insurance that died...oh yeah...it was BECAUSE they didn't have insurance, I forgot. But then Prez Bo said it was 30 million, so maybe 12 million more came last week? Or 17 million came and 5 million died upon finding out they had no insurance here? OMG don't tell the rest!

Ay any rate, you do not need it for a k-1 visa.

NEVER imagine that the federal government cares about you or your fiancee (if they did they might require medical insurance) what they care about with the affidavit of support is how to get their money back if your fiancee goes on welfare. If she freezes to death in the street, or dies due to lack of medical care, they will step over her body to get to your paycheck and confiscate half your income to pay themselves back and to hell with YOU too!
