I assume you mean you have sent your I130 petition and received NOA1. Once you have received this, you can proceed to send your I129f forms in (if you haven't already filled out the I129f form, do so now!). Remember when you send in your I129f forms, send in a photocopy of you NOA1 for your I130 petition.

If you are following the I129f route, then all you'll need to pay, initially, is $455, that's for I130, there is no I129f fee yet.

(Many people on this forum will argue you to follow the I130 route, as its the superior Visa, enabling you to receive your Green Card once you are in the USA; enabling you to work asap).

I12f History - Was created for the sole aim to reunited spouses together faster. I130 were taking over 1 year to complete. I129f, known as K3, is designed to be cheap, in short term, and try to be faster then I130, known as CR-1 (Conditional Residence).

Once you go for your interview at your home land constitute you'll need to pay a fee to receive you visa stamped/stuck on your passport, I think its $120 (not 100%).

Once you enter the USA on a I129f you have to then apply for a EAD (Employment Authorization Form) which will cost $355 and could take up to 3 months to receive. Once you are in the USA, you have 2 years in which to apply for AoS (Adjustment of Status), this costs $1010.00. I think there are other minor fee as well not sure. Also for a K3, I don't know if this applies for I130 you will need to apply for I131 (Application for Travel Document) $305. This will enable you to re-enter the US on your current K3, which in turn, enable you to apply for AoS (Adjustment of Status), that's will the document will state, you show the document to the officer at PoE (Point of Entry).

Do you have a lawyer? If not, then try to get one. They are not cheap, but it will help tremendously.

I-864 is only for I130 route not K3 route.

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...000b92ca60aRCRD

I don't know how other constitute work, but if you follow K3 route then the path is:

NVC touch I129f long enough to assign a Case number

Constitute receive it

Constitute sends out Packet 3 with some form and a document check list making sure have the doucments ready to take with you to the interview. Sned hte check list back along with any other form they may want back

Consitute send out Packet 4 containig interview appointment letter, you then have to book in a medical for yourself.

You will need the following doucments to tak to the interview with you:

Police Cirtificate

Marriage cirtificate

Original Bith ciritificate (translated in English)

Evidence of support from your wife

2x passport size photos

All the above documents start to get ready, so it's done with. Look at the Egyptian Us embassy website for more details.

Best of luck

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.
