I stick to my original answer. Everyone. Now maybe different amounts of times for different situations, but I really believe Everyone should be on AP for some amount of time.

there was a 33-yr age difference and their I-130 was approved very quick..from filing to visa approval was only 5 months.

i dont know AP sucks at what ever stage of the process u get it..........I mean there really is no way for them to tell if the person immigrating is going to divorce their wife or husband as soon as they are legally able to stay in the USA.....there is no test, no computer program that they can use to predetermine what is in a persons heart and mind.........

all they can really do is see if the persons name gets a hit on some security program........and most of the time thats just a flag that popped up because of something similar to that persons name not the person the computer thought it could be.

i think marraige between two people is luck of the draw be it someone in ur own country or someone from another country.

sometimes people change and sometimes they hide what they are very well until its time for the gloves to come off.....AP does nothing to prevent this

AP is being done for FRAUD and SECURITY concern. Everybody can be at the AP situation.
