RFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked the AVR to see what was up with my case....and it said that they are missing documents or something was not complete on my finical evidence, a but like a week and half ago it said the same thing and i already received the checklist and mailed everything they need....now it is saying they same thing??? why

they wanted to see how the co-sponsor was related to me on the i-864A for my sister...so i called before I received the RFE checklist and the operator told me to send my birth certificate for me and my sister and i did before i got the checklist....and now the AVR is saying there is something wrong with my finical evidence AGAIN!!!!

They might have not processed the evidence yet... I would call on Monday and see if the new evidence was processed.... Don't panic... they are taking some time to process the huge amounts of approvals lately so it appears that things are taking longer to process then before

I would give em a call on Monday and see what is up... If the first operator does not tell you what you need or you get a moody one, I just call back until I get a more accommodating one!!! Hopefully it is just one of their processing things... My AVR says that they are missing documents, but when I called it is just the false RFE that they are missing the entire 230 package (but the operator told me they had it and not to worry)... Best of luck
