Our N-400 keeps getting touched

On Friday (9/25) our N-400 case was updated and we received the standard e-mail about our case being transferred to a local office for an interview. The next day Saturday (9/26) it was touched, but there was no update or e-mail, and today, Sunday, it was touched again, but again there was no update or e-mail from CRIS. Has anyone else had this experience with their N-400 or know what is going on?

Thanks,

Peter

I see they recently changed the status site completely around with pretty pictures on it.

USCIS National Goal - 5.0 Month(s)

ptGraphNatlAvg.gif USCIS National Average - 50.5 Month(s)

ptGraphLocal.gif California Service Center - 63.4 Month(s)

Above is a USC applying for an over 21 year unmarried son, is that goal what they are trying to reach? Far cry from the service center showing 63.4 months down to five months. Can only wonder how many centuries it would take them to close that gap.

I see they just received the N-400 application for my wife, that is cool, since she has been a USC for over a year now. Is the status site reliable now? Hasn't been so for the last six years for us. Still waiting for that ten year card as well.

OK, this is getting weird. Our N-400 case has now been touched on 9/26, 9/27 (Sunday!), 9/28, 9/30, but the status hasn't changed since 9/25 when our case was sent to a local office for interview.
