Well my friends. The moment of truth is almost here. Corina's interview is tomorrow at 1 pm. That means that by 8 or 9 am tomorrow I will know the answer. I'll keep you posted on the results.

He was born in San Juan but he left PR when he was 21. He joined the military and was there ever since. Deployed to Germany back in 1989, was there for most of the time, except for a couple of years in Virginia and another 3 in Texas. Now he is 48 and retired just a few months ago. We are together 6 years and a month now. What about you?

Well Kitty....I'm 38 years old, I'm a civil engineer and work as project manager. I met Corina in July last year. Since then we have spoken practically hundreds of hours in any way possible. We spent 3 weeks together in Romania between last March and April and we are waiting now to be together finally. That's all my story so far. :)

Beautiful story! We have met in person back in August 2003. He was travelling to a military base down to the seaside of Romania while he was downrange and I was going on holiday. We met on a train in the middle of nowhere! :) Lightning stroke and honestly, chances to actually encounter a UFO were higher than for our encounter. :)

What about the requirement for a 2 years relationship prior to applying for a K1? As I understand that is mandatory for the approval.

Yes Kitty. Meeting once during the 2 years prior to submit the I-129F is one of the main requirements in the K1 process. Your thinking is like mine. hehe... I had more hopes of winning the lottery than finding a woman like Corina. She's practically my angel. Thanks Rain and Crazymazy for your wishes.
