Tell him that you would like the following documents before the interview date ASAP. Let him know that even tho you have a child with him, they are still going to look at other documents.

sorry a child to them is evidence two people had relations (now which two) that might be a question to some and has been seen on here in the past..dont get me wrong not saying this is your case by no means or way, just saying it has happened.

what do u mean

What she measn is you better have a lot more than a child together to prove a bonafide relationship. Having had sex doesn't prove anything.

If you mean entry stamps on his passport to show often he visited you, yes it's a good idea to have that in case they ask. Can't he just scan and email you a copy if it's faster than mailing it?

Other thing you can do is show other proofs of the visits, like pictures taken in different times.

You can get the medical exam even without appointment letter. Ask the hospital. Make sure it's the one approved by the embassy. They never asked us for a letter. Med exam is a breeze, no worries.

Stay cool. Even if what you bring is insuifficient evidence, they won't reject you outright. They might just ask you to come back with the needed docs, if any. So then you can stuff it in your hubby's face and still have another shot at it. :D

Cheer up, it will be okay!

The VJ Guides recommend having a complete copy of all documents at the interview in case something gets lost in transit or at the consulate. Preparing for any foreseeable RFE problem just makes sense. Why have a delay because something that the petitioner or beneficiary already possess is missing from their file?

In my opinion the OP is wanting to be well prepared for her interview and the USC spouse is relying on the "we have a child" defense when things don't go well and RFE's are issued. Research on VJ will prove that well prepared cases are likely to be successful.
