Thank God we survive Ondoy but sadly to say too many people die in our place due to landside. It make me cry seeing people loosing not only their homes but their love ones. On thursday there is another new typhoon. Please include us in your prayers that we get over this new typhoon safely. Our place is in great danger now. We are already packing our clothes and saving some food in case the flood gets high :(

Praying for all those who have been affected by the typhoon.

On a positive note, I grew up in Mindanao ( Dipolog City) and have never experienced a flood in my 38 years before I came here. I say, we are so lucky to be in such a location. Yes we get the strong winds but not the floods.

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

typhoon2000.com I think you can view updated weather information on typhoons and trop storms heading toward rp, I think you can sign up for email and or text alerts....

Based on the model at that web site, it looks like <1% chance it will be hitting Manila.... My wife flies out of Manila on Thursday... I'm nervous... I just want her out of there safely.

Sorry to hear about your family guys. I hope they are all ok now. And let's all pray that the typhoons which PAG ASA is anticipating won't come near us again.

Me and My sister and a friend were actually there yesterday at Sagip Kapamilya warehouse of ABS CBN to help pack goods as relief for our brothers and sisters.

The donations are non-stop coming and students from some universities were around too. So we can't stop packing.

Mabuhay ang Filipino!

Hahaha.. Well, "Cory magic" seems to be raging like fire but just because your parents made a mark in history doesn't mean you'll have the same impact on the people. With that being said, I feel like this "magic" will abate in the months to come. I was just curious since I manage one of the Presidential candidates' website and pages. I'm not saying that I'll be voting for him but from what I see from my own eyes, he's formidable. The Philippines is in dire need of a leader with a back bone. Please just not Erap.

i am wondering which presidential candidate u are referring to, villar or teodoro? :) if you're not in liberty to say it's ok :) i am simply curious.

There are two more typhoons headed towards the Philippines by Wednesday or Thursday... :(
