Can anybody be kind enough for forward me a document/list containing all civil surgeons around UK for 2009?

You have to use who's on the knightsbridge doctors in London, the info is on the US embassy/London website.

Here's packet 3 btw...it has info on it...

Thanks. It's a shame; a surprise that there aren't any around other parts of UK and your restricted to London. Either it's cause they want you to visit only the ones in London, or, there actually isn't any other around other parts of UK
