June 2009 K3 filers...how you doing? any news?

We have heard nothing since NOA 1 for I130 on June 9th and NOA 1 June 26, for our I129f, not a word, no updates online at the USCIS, no mail, no touches nothing...how is your case? I see many others filed even in July or August already approved ...what gives?

How are your cases doing June filers?

I hope to hear something soon...

Nope.... Nothing yet, but it seems they are not processing in order it's a little wierd.

Hopefully we'll here something soon... I think they forgot about the remaining June filers.

There's not that many people doing K3s anymore as it's a dinosaur at this time. Better to do the CR-1 solo.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

With the new USCIS website you can see what the status is of your application before it is approved. Right now mine is under review and it took between 90 and 100 days. Before that it just said it was accepted. Hope that means NOA-2 will be soon. My I-129 and I-130 both went under review at the same time.
