Thanks Randy!

I wonder if J. Desmond gets writer's cramp?

Probably a rubber stamp. The signer for our I-130 at USCIS was a rubber stamp when we got the return receipt card back in the mail. NVC is alot busier.

Well, then maybe she's just missing a hand because it fell off.

Did anyone else get a "checklist" via email saying something you sent was missing? Is this what everyone is calling a false RFE?

I sent my 230 last week and fedex delivered it on Wednesday. It's not in the system yet. A week from Monday is the 2nd week of Nov, when they start scheduling interviews. I won't be able to get an interview in December, because it's taking at least 1 1/2 weeks for the 230 to be accepted once it's in their system. That would put me towards the end of the scheduling week if I'm lucky, and by the time it gets to the embassy...well, I'm now planning on a January interview. I should have started this process the minute I got back after getting married! Darn. You December people are so lucky!!!!

I am kinda hoping we get the interview after Jan 1st so house can be sold and I can get time off to meet him in London.

I'm living for the day when no one keeps us apart. I miss my hubby every day. :crying:

I know-it sucks. I may just fly off and visit my hubby at the end of November. I have a work trip to Alaska smack in the middle of November that's screwing my schedule up! Who knows where we're spending Xmas. I wish NVC would move a little faster...

David and my mother in law will be here for Thanksgiving but xmas is up in the air. My birthday is two days after xmas and I would give anything to have that week as we planed but now it doesnt look promising.

I would LOVE to see Alaska!!!!

I wish I could spend any holiday with my husband but of course work won't let me go then... :crying::crying: The earliest I can get away to Egypt is next spring or summer... and I sure am hoping he better be here by then~~

It sounds like I'm getting a false RFE. I called the AVR and it said they reviewed my case and are missing information... Perhaps if they moved slightly faster and didn't take 2 weeks to review things we send them, they wouldn't need to generate all these emails for information they already have but haven't reviewed yet. I just haven't received the email yet to confirm that its false. :girlwerewolf2xn:

I had the first people viewing my house today. I was at work and my sister let them in. She said they said a few nice things about it so fingers crossed. My sister said that my house lacks a woman's touch. She seems to think that is a bad thing! I'd say that was a definite plus! If I could sell the house by christmas and have an interview date early January I'd be a happy man. Oh and a few million on the lottery would just round it off!

I sent in my AOS I-864 after printing the cover sheet from the NVC website once my AOS bill showed Paid.

Should I have waited for them to send me the I-864 sheets instead of downloading it, filling it out and sending it to them? I called the AVR today to see if they received it and put it into the system, but the eunuch sounding AVR voice told me that I have the AOS paid blah blah blah.

My wife mailed the DS-3032 like weeks ago, but I haven't received it yet to forward to the NVC. She also emailed it. Her email didn't get processed yet according to the NVC rep (not the AVR Eunuch guy).

Does this post make sense? My question should I just wait?

And thanks everyone !!!!!

I just checked the AVR and I got the "missing" documents clip too. I think that is a standard recording they put on there while they are waiting for the ds-230 paperwork to be submitted. I know they got it all ready but probably haven't been put into the system yet. Haven't gotten any email about it yet...keeping my fingers crossed that this isn't a real RFE.....

Have a Happy and safe Halloween!!!

Think I might go curl up in bed and watch a scary movie!!!

Called NVC to see if my automated message had been updated. It now says that the DS-3032 was received on October 30. Now I just sit back and wait for the IV e-mail.

That is great news!
