We just got emailed the IV bill. Diane paid it online yesterday and the email just arrived today. I sent her my PCC a week ago and the track and trace says it arrived in NY 5 days ago and there is no other word about it. The damn USPS are gonna hold us up! :angry::angry::angry:

That was quick and ever so gratefull. IV fee status PAID (paid early too without the email which came the next day). printed out and will be mail in the next 24 hrs. yay!! hoping for a case complete soon!! as always, Thank You Lord... :innocent:

January 5, 2009: PASSED interview! (THANK YOU LORD...)

January 7, 2009: Received Visa....

I'll never call again! It's too much pressure! I get the ones that chit chat, that laugh with me, that laugh at my jokes, that spend all day fixing my paid not paid paid problem, etc....it's so horrible! I've managed to get an entire NVC unit fired for their friendliness and perkiness! Someone probably overheard them all talking to me and took them out in the back alley and wooped them! Wooped them? Well, it sounds right but looks funny typed.

SHAME ON YOU. :(

I'm sending the AOS package tomorrow. :D SO EXCITED.

But what address do I send it too? If anyone knows, please let me know? LOL

I really hope it isnt lost. The bank is showing the $400 debited but NVC is still pending. Maybe Monday. :dance:

I don't know why I'm wishing to rush through this. Its going to take Montreal forever to schedule the hubby's interview.... :unsure::crying::bonk:

USPS only updates delivery info in the evenings and sometimes they forget :yes: trust me i've been there :whistle:

I just got the infamous checklist in my email. They're missing the 230 and the fee. Whatever! Okay they got it early this week. So...am I supposed to do anything at this point?

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!

IV shows as paid!! Was able to get photos made from files sweetie sent. This weekend we'll get all our ducks in a row, photocopies of everything made and FedEx will get some more of my money Monday morning :)

When I try and log onto the Visa Invoice Payment Center, I get the following message:

" Database Error, You have encountered the database error. Please try again later".

Anyone else having this problem????

Sept. 9, 2009 - received approval email from USCIS thru CRIS

Sept. 14, 2009 - NOA2 hardcopy received by husband

Sept. 18, 2009 - case number assigned (NVC process starts)

Nov. 4, 2009 - CASE COMPLETE @NVC!

Nov. 13, 2009 - interview date assigned by NVC

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th
